As some of our workshops will involve movement, please bring comfortable clothing and wear closed-toed shoes/sneakers. Since it is an outdoor event, you may want to bring a light jacket.
-
While it is not required, we suggest bringing a personal yoga mat for comfort. Other items that you may want to bring are snacks, a blanket, journal, reusable water bottle, a light jacket and/or a towel.
-
You have the option to purchase a $23 meal ticket (valued at $30) for on-site lunch catering for one individual. The lunch is co-sponsored by Hungry Bear Catering Co. You are welcome to bring your own lunch; however, there is no on-site refrigeration. We will provide water stations, so don’t forget your reusable water bottle!
Should you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please email support@entwinecommunity.org no later than 10/24/25.
-
Alcohol will not be served or permitted at the retreat.
-
There are some limitations as it is an outdoor space. Due to the venue’s accessibility limitations, there will be workshops that will be inaccessible. We will do our best to accommodate, but there may be restrictions due to the venue.
Please reach out to support@entwinecommunity.org if you would like additional information or support. -
Parking at The Stonehurst is extremely limited. Valet parking will be offered on a first come, first served basis, and we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. Once the valet lot is full, you will need to find street parking.
Important: there is no street parking on Stonehurst Avenue. Instead, please park a few blocks over, on Chivers Street or beyond. Be sure to read all street signs before leaving your vehicle.
Entwine Community is not responsible for any parking violations, fines, or towing. We encourage carpooling and/or using ride-share options like Lyft and Uber!
-
To make the event more accessible for people of all risk levels, we highly recommend wearing a mask. We will have masks and hand sanitizers available.
Protocols for the event are subject to change as we continue monitoring requirements by CDC and local regulations. -
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
-
Our venue location, Stonehurst, is a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including a historic barn, a full functioning greenhouse, a cactus & bamboo garden, and a mid-century bungalow.
-
Wifi is strongest near the bamboo garden, but the service weakens the further you get from that area.
