About Krystal:

Hi! My name is Krystal, and I’m glad you can be here today.

I am a first–generation Vietnamese American, born and raised in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in this diverse area exposed me to a variety of cultures, especially within Asian and Asian American communities. This experience expanded my  understanding of different identities and backgrounds.

My life experiences have taught me how unique individuals are and how their histories impact who they are today. My intention is to help you navigate challenges you’re experiencing and discover or rediscover parts of yourself. I seek to show up as an advocate in whatever way that feels most empowering to you.

As we begin our work together, I would love to learn about your unique experiences and personal identity. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel supported to explore aspects of your life, from relationship difficulties and internal struggles to trauma and more. With genuine curiosity and empathy, I feel privileged to be part of your journey of self-discovery. Through a collaborative process, I hope to support you in creating and achieving your therapeutic goals.

Starting psychotherapy can be intimidating, but being here is a wonderful first step. To schedule an appointment with me, please reach out to our Care Coordinator team, and they will assist you with the next steps. I would like to acknowledge your courage in seeking support, and it is a privilege to be on this journey with you!
