About Liana:
Hello! My name is Liana. I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been deeply shaped by my own experience as an immigrant from Armenia. Navigating life between cultures has given me a unique appreciation for the complexities of identity, change, and belonging. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry invisible burdens or to move through life while quietly struggling inside. These experiences have helped me develop a deep compassion for those working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.
In our work together, my goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—you're the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be impacting your well-being. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework to help connect your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also drawing from a culturally responsive and strengths-based lens to honor your unique story.
Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll explore what healing and growth look like for you, and move toward a future that feels more grounded and empowered.
Starting therapy is an act of courage and self-care, and your presence here already reflects that strength. If anything in this message resonates with you, I would be honored to connect and support you on your journey.
To schedule an appointment, please reach out to our Care Coordinator team. I look forward to working with you!
