About Samantha:
Carrying the weight of expectations — from family, relationships, work, or even yourself — can
be exhausting. Maybe you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling worn down
inside. Therapy can be a space to set some of that weight down, a place to breathe and be
yourself without judgment.
In therapy with me, we’ll take things at your pace. I believe change happens when you feel safe
enough to share your truth. Together, we’ll notice the patterns and pressures that keep showing
up and explore what feels most supportive and sustainable. My style is warm, collaborative, and
down-to-earth, focused on helping you make sense of your experiences and discover practices
that help you feel more grounded.
The path that led me here today continues to shape how I support and relate to the people I
work with. I spent years in corporate settings and understand the immense impact that burnout,
perfectionism, and social and cultural pressures can have, especially for those navigating
intersecting identities. Meanwhile, my experiences in crisis counseling and basic needs services
taught me that healing can look different for everyone, shaped by the unique mix of challenges
and circumstances they face. With this in mind, I approach therapy with openness and curiosity
to discover what feels right for you.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, our Care Coordinator team can guide
you through next steps. I’d be glad to connect when you’re ready.
