About Tina:

Hello, my name is Tina. I am glad you found us!

I want to take a moment to congratulate you on your first step toward healing and empowerment. You might feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in your life. It can be hard to ask for help, but you are not alone. Change can be hard and it is worth it. I hope to support you as you go through the challenging times and celebrate together for the victories.

Together, we can think of ways for you to heal and grow, no matter where you are in life at this time. My approach to therapy is providing a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your identities. You are the expert and we can look at the unhelpful circumstances and patterns that affect your well-being. We can build upon your strengths and develop different ways that can help you move forward.

My journey to becoming a counselor and therapist started with my struggles with college and career paths. As a first-generation Asian-American college student, the support of my community helped me grow and earn my degrees in creative writing and educational counseling. My experiences shaped my passion for supporting those who may experience imposter syndrome, having to adapt to college or workplace culture, the effects of intergenerational trauma, stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety.

To schedule an appointment, please reach out to our Care Coordinator team. I look forward to working with you!
